Artificial Intelligence on SNS24

Integrated in an Altice project, MAIDOT in partnership with Gfi, developed the new SNS24 platform, launched in 2019.

MAIDOT was responsible for all the development of Artificial Intelligence logic in the Symptom Assessment functionality, where the person when entering symptoms they are feeling, the system automatically raises questions to trace potential problems, presenting different answers based on the answers that are being given.

This system is highly innovative and unique in Portugal, is even prepared to integrate with the existing system of recording and call control for faster learning, based on the concept of Big Data, considering all the history that exists of different symptoms that resulted in certain responses.

This way, the system can learn from online use and with all existing history and in registration in SNS24.
